Molto Ristorante is a special venue, with an exquisite interior design, paying utmost attention to the smallest of details. The cosy atmosphere relies on a mixture of traditional elements and international suggestions, making Molto the perfect place for wining, dining and having a conversation. In addition, Molto is a refined wine and cocktail bar, having a beautiful terrace which becomes a green corner during summer.

The guests of Molto Ristorante have at their disposal 320 square meters of structures in wood, iron and slate. Seven hand-made window-doors not only allow the passage to the external terrace, but provide the space with striking luminosity.

We have done our best to create a most welcoming environment, by paying attention to even the most subtle of details. Once inside, you will have the sensation of being in an exclusive place, a private club, a cosy home where tradition and innovation are happily merged.

Molto Italiano expresses the will of its creators to support the local cuisine in the most refined way possible. The project was born in 2006 with the opening of the first restaurant in Viale Parioli. The innovative and exclusive offer, together with the priviledged location in the heart of a Roman neighbourhood where tradition and contemporary trends blend in a harmonius way, render the venue unique.Viale Parioli is perhaps the most appealing street for the Roman bon-vivants and all lovers of good food. The success which Molto Ristorante records confirms the originality of our idea, as compared to the usual standards of the capital. It was ARP food, a division of ARP Spa, a well-known retail company with an impressive portfolio of international brands, who believed and invested in this entrepreneurial project.

Molto’s philosophy is centered around the will to create something powerfully Italian. It is with great passion that we dedicate ourselves to finding the best local products, always selecting them on the basis of season and freshness, in order to provide our guests with a constant renewal of our menu. The pasta and the bread are home made according to antique recipes, just like the dessert. The meat is of Italian origin and we only provide top quality fish. Chef Paolo Castrignano does a modern personal interpretation of the Roman traditional cuisine and the result is a variety of unique dishes.

The wine selection is impeccable. Our guests can choose between a multitude of wines, either by the glass or by the bottle. Our wine list includes more than one hundred national labels. An accurate selection of champagne and liquors goes beyond the Italian geographical borders.
