Waiter/Waitress – Full-time

About us
Molto Ristorante is where the tradition of Italian cuisine meets a passion for hospitality. Every dish is made with top-quality ingredients, and every service is designed to offer our guests an authentic and memorable experience.
To expand our front-of-house team, we are looking for a professional, dynamic, and passionate Server who can deliver attentive, high-quality service.

Your role
You will be the face of the restaurant for our guests, handling greeting, table service, and the care of the dining area. You will work closely with teammates and managers to ensure a seamless service flow and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally, escort them to their table, and explain the menu and specials.
• Take and manage orders and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain the order and appearance of the dining room, including resetting and cleanliness.
• Handle cash register operations (opening, closing, payments).
• Provide assistance and suggestions to deliver a high-level dining experience.

Profile
Requirements

• Previous experience as a front-of-house server (preferably at least 2 years).
• Passion for hospitality and strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with flexibility and drive.
• Availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
